I bring a Bachelor of Science in Business, twelve years in multi-unit retail leadership, and a founder’s perspective from scaling a company to six figures by year two. For the past four years I’ve advised entrepreneurs on strategy, systems, leadership, and culture-by-design. The blend of corporate rigor and founder empathy shapes everything I do.
